Terms & Conditions for abc 77

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published by abc 77:

To be eligible to open and maintain an abc 77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• The personal details you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment method details — are accurate, complete, and genuinely belong to you.

Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of our right to verify eligibility at a later date. If it is found that a registered user does not meet the eligibility criteria above, their account will be closed immediately and any pending or processed withdrawals may be reversed.

During registration you will be asked to create a username and password. You are solely responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. abc 77 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify abc 77 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Once your abc 77 account is open, you are responsible for all activity conducted through it. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, all withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent via the account's support interface.

The account can be reactivated at any time by logging in; upon reactivation, no further inactivity fees will accrue provided activity continues.

One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one abc 77 account. If duplicate accounts are detected, abc 77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the duplicate accounts. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided and any bonus funds forfeited.

Declined withdrawals: abc 77 may decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a pending investigation into account activity; (c) the account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements; (d) the withdrawal amount exceeds the available real-money balance after bonus fund segregation. In all cases, abc 77 will notify the player by email with a reason for the decline.

Chargebacks and disputes: Any chargeback initiated by a player against a deposit made to abc 77 will result in the immediate suspension of the player's account pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, abc 77 reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from the player's balance or through other legal means.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. The default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. • Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from bonus funds is capped at 10x the original bonus amount or ৳20,000, whichever is lower.
• Right to modify or withdraw promotions: abc 77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and met qualifying criteria, the applicable bonus will still be honoured at the time of cancellation.

By using the abc 77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one abc 77 account, whether under the same name or different names.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, regardless of whether you have misrepresented your age during registration.

Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

• The account holder has initiated a chargeback against a deposit transaction.

Where an account is closed by abc 77 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraud or prohibited conduct occurred, the real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Time limitation: Any dispute or claim arising from your use of the abc 77 platform must be raised within 90 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the abc 77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and abc 77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
